Role:

  • Developing and delivering induction programs
  • Providing support and developing people to exceed their targets.
  • Shape and develop new employees for our Customer Service and Sales Teams. T
  • Drive to support our people to excel.

  • Engage groups and make learning fun.
  • Asmbassador for the company
  • Responsible for promoting and setting professional standards
  • First point of contact for new starters and provide coaching & support for our existing staff
  • Delivering refresher training and buzz sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality classroom and remote training sessions
  • Evaluate their effectiveness
  • Design deliver and update training materials
  • Support new starters into the business providing a high-quality onboarding experience from recruitment to delivery to their team.
  • Work collaboratively with the training team
  • Assist with administering training events from external sources
  • Liaise with suppliers and other departments to assist in the planning and organising of training
  • Assist in updating supplier information on the Learning Management System
  • Assist and support the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to check accuracy of training information
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Coaching, developing individuals and teams to improve performance an exceed KPI's
  • Improve the customer experience at every interaction

Skills and Experience:

  • Training experience is Essential
  • Cruise Travel Knowledge is Essential
  • Internal systems and processes knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent IT skills a good working knowledge of G Suite Function/Microsoft office
  • Experience of digital content authoring tools an advantage but not essential
  • A keen understanding of training trends,developments and best practices
  • Hold a level 3 in education and training or equivalent experience

Package:

£33,000 to £37,000 dependent on experience + Bonus
