Role:
- Developing and delivering induction programs
- Providing support and developing people to exceed their targets.
- Shape and develop new employees for our Customer Service and Sales Teams. T

- Responsible for promoting and setting professional standards
- First point of contact for new starters and provide coaching & support for our existing staff
- Delivering refresher training and buzz sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality classroom and remote training sessions
- Evaluate their effectiveness
- Design deliver and update training materials
- Support new starters into the business providing a high-quality onboarding experience from recruitment to delivery to their team.
- Work collaboratively with the training team
- Assist with administering training events from external sources
- Liaise with suppliers and other departments to assist in the planning and organising of training
- Assist in updating supplier information on the Learning Management System
- Assist and support the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Work collaboratively with other departments to check accuracy of training information
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Coaching, developing individuals and teams to improve performance an exceed KPI's
- Improve the customer experience at every interaction
Skills and Experience:
- Training experience is Essential
- Cruise Travel Knowledge is Essential
- Internal systems and processes knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent IT skills a good working knowledge of G Suite Function/Microsoft office
- Experience of digital content authoring tools an advantage but not essential
- A keen understanding of training trends,developments and best practices
- Hold a level 3 in education and training or equivalent experience
Package:
£33,000 to £37,000 dependent on experience + Bonus
