F&B Manager

Purpose of the Job:

To ensure service delivery at every point of sale in the Food and Beverage Department. Supervises and co-ordinates the Food and Beverage Department.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in managing, motivating and developing a team whilst ensuring consistently high standards of customer service are met. 2/3 years manager experience within a similar role is mandatory.

Main Duties:

* To ensure that the customer promise is delivered and that customers are satisfied within the framework of financial targets set;
* To ensure that guests receive high quality service;
* To ensure that the applicable regulations are complied with;
* To optimise revenue and standards on a regular basis;
* To undertake any other duties as required by line management.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required:

* Team management, leadership & team player
* Overall operations experience required

* Effective management: delivering profit centre profitability
* Sales ability
