Responsibilities and Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow.

- Coordinate with technicians to update customers on service progress.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle servicing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
