Service Advisor Up to £28,000 P/A, rising to £30k WinchesterFull time | Permanent Are you currently working as a service advisor?  Do you enjoy working in the motor industry?Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Service Advisorto join the team.The main purpose of this role is to arrange & book customer vehicle service appointments via phone and email.In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,000 P/A rising to £30,000 P/A, plus access to a company car scheme, 22 days' holiday increasing with length of service and more!This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 5.30pm and will include 1 in 4 Saturdays. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging & booking customers service appointments via telephone & email.
  • Provide updates and report back to customers on repairs.
  • Create customer invoices.
  • Greet customers & be the first point of contact for them until completion on the service.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have experience working within service in the motor industry. 
  • Will need to be used to working to tight deadlines.
  • Must have experience working with all Microsoft packages.
