Job Opportunity: M&E Draftsperson Location: FarehamSalary: £30,000 to £45,000Working arrangements: HybridType: Permanent
My client is a successful building services design consultancy experiencing consistent and sustainable growth. They are seeking a motivated Draftsperson to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CAD and Revit experience who is looking to develop their skills and grow within a supportive environment. They are open to junior candidates and those with intermediate levels of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce M&E drawings using 2D CAD and 3D Revit MEP software.
- Work on a variety of exciting construction engineering projects across all sectors, including commercial new builds, healthcare refurbishments, student accommodation, and education establishments.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure accurate and high-quality designs.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
Requirements:
- Some experience in a similar role, though candidates who are still learning and eager to grow are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in CAD and Revit MEP software.
- Experience in producing 3D mechanical and electrical drawings within building services.
- Confidence in design from concept to completion.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
