The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality care and early years education. Working closely with the nursery team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment, helping children thrive and grow in their personal, social, and educational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the delivery of creative and engaging learning activities following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Providing nurturing care and supervision, promoting children’s emotional, physical, and intellectual development in a secure environment.
• Planning and participating in activities that encourage language development, numeracy, physical skills, and social interaction.
• Observing and assessing children’s progress, helping to tailor learning experiences to their individual needs.
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• A caring, patient, and adaptable approach with a passion for fostering children's growth and learning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
