About the Role: As a Senior Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work collaboratively with teaching staff to raise the learning and attainment of children.
Complement teachers’ delivery of our curriculum, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Promote pupils' independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.
Take on the responsibility of covering whole classes during PPA, leadership time, and short-term teacher absences.
Provide small group teaching or 1:1 support to enable children to access the curriculum effectively.
Use initiative to assess children's learning needs and offer effective feedback to inform teaching and provision.
Support children individually or in groups, helping them experience success and love their learning.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is ambitious for all children to achieve and develop a love for learning.
Holds GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
Has HLTA status or a relevant qualification (though this is not essential for the right candidate).
Can demonstrate a nurturing approach and work well as part of a team.
Is ready to take on the challenge of working independently and using initiative in the classroom.
