Bright Selection is delighted to be recruiting a Clinical and Care Training Manager for a highly regarded private elderly care provider. This is a national role covering the South of England.

Essential Skills and Requirements

  • Qualifications: RGN / NVQ L5 plus a recognised training qualification
  • Flexibility: Able to stay away from home up to three days per week to deliver training across multiple care homes.
  • Medication Administration: Confidence in the responsibility of safe medication administration.
  • Empathy: A genuine interest in working within a caring environment with empathetic qualities.
  • Passion: A driven, passionate individual with initiative and a strong commitment to training excellence.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrate leadership qualities, and take initiative when necessary.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical and Care Training Manager to deliver exceptional training to across a portfolio of luxury care homes in the South of England. In this role, you will play a key part in developing training and leadership programmes that ensure staff and families receive outstanding support and guidance. Your work will directly contribute to achieving key company metrics regarding inductions, training compliance, and professional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training and leadership programmes across all homes in the group.
  • Ensure training meets company standards and achieve compliance with competency guidelines.
  • Strive to increase colleague participation in professional qualifications.
  • Provide exceptional training not only to colleagues but also to residents and relatives as needed.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the homes by assisting in other required activities.
