Role Overview

As part of the Electrical Engineering team, you will provide leadership on a range of projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard. You'll manage project teams, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering projects and design electrical systems.
  • Supervise design teams and ensure project schedules are met.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate project interfaces.
  • Review and develop technical standards and procedures.
  • Ensure safety is a priority in all design activities.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, especially in electrical engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of power generation, distribution, and transmission.
  • Proficiency in power system studies and equipment specification.
  • Familiarity with IEC standards and electrical best practices.
  • Experience with ETAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong English communication skills; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Relevant professional membership; Chartered Engineer status is desirable.
