What You'll Do in the role:
  • Lead Automation Projects: Identify areas with automation potential and implement cutting-edge solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Innovate & Improve: Continuously think of new technologies and ways to enhance processes.
  • Ensure Compliance: Consider regulation and compliance in all automation projects, be comfortable with a fast paced environment and how compliance changes can mean quick changes within Automation.
What We're Looking For:
  • Technical Expertise: Solid experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, SQL, and Azure.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience in building automated processes independently.
  • Forward-Thinking: Ability to take initiative and bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Excellent Communication skills: Strong skills in engaging with diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Working Pattern: This role is not offering remote working - this is hybrid working and based in Hampshire. The focus of this role means being on-site, especially for the discovery and analysis with stakeholders is essential.
