THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and development there is a now an opportunity for an experienced Event Producer to come on board and take the lead on the delivery of a range of events. Working closely with the Directors you will be responsible for:

  • Client and account management and development
  • Taking and interpreting briefs
  • Understanding the messaging and objectives
  • Creating engaging proposals with fresh and innovative ideas for content and engagement
  • Advising on production and technology
  • Agenda and content creation
  • Overseeing all elements of delivery
  • Working closely with internal teams
  • Management of pre-production scheduling, timelines, running orders etc
  • Budget management
  • Onsite management / facilitating virtual events

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will currently be working at an event or production agency and have a proven background of managing events end to end, coupled with a strong production understanding! Strong client facing skills are essential as is the ability to interpret client briefs and create engaging proposals.
