THE ROLE
Due to continued growth and development there is a now an opportunity for an experienced Event Producer to come on board and take the lead on the delivery of a range of events. Working closely with the Directors you will be responsible for:
- Client and account management and development
- Taking and interpreting briefs
- Understanding the messaging and objectives
- Creating engaging proposals with fresh and innovative ideas for content and engagement
- Advising on production and technology
- Agenda and content creation
- Overseeing all elements of delivery
- Working closely with internal teams
- Management of pre-production scheduling, timelines, running orders etc
- Budget management
- Onsite management / facilitating virtual events
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will currently be working at an event or production agency and have a proven background of managing events end to end, coupled with a strong production understanding! Strong client facing skills are essential as is the ability to interpret client briefs and create engaging proposals.
