Venture Recruitment Partners are collaborating with a recently formed, Private Equity backed Group, to recruit an FP&A Analyst on an interim basis. The Group are entering a crucial period of growth, both organically and via acquisition, highlighting the need to expand their commercial finance function.Â
FP&A Analyst – Responsibilities
- Analyse financial and operational data to deliver meaningful insights into business performance, supporting strategic and tactical decision-making
- Provide commercial analysis on revenue trends, profitability, client performance, service line contribution and material cost items ensuring recommendations are grounded in real-world commercial considerations
- Develop financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring robust and dynamic performance tracking
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, to provide financial clarity and drive informed decision-making
FP&A Analyst – Requirements
- Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, ACMA/CIMA
- Experience in a commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering role ideally within a professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, P&L dynamics, and business performance drivers.
- Ability to synthesise large volumes of financial and operational data into actionable insights.
- A pragmatic approach to financial analysis, ensuring insights are not just theoretically sound but commercially viable.
Hybrid / Remote working
£400 - 500 per day (inside IR35)
