Description
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Develop forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business unit managers.
- Ensure compliance with company finance policies and procedures.
- Analyse and scrutinise financial data for insights and process improvements.
- Oversee general finance duties, including invoicing and cash collection monitoring.
- Support new projects and contracts with financial advice and analysis.
- Collaborate with business unit managers to develop operational plans.
- Challenge and implement improvements to existing processes.
Profile
- Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant.
- Technologically savvy with advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with Workday, BI, or Adaptive Insights is a bonus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across the business.
- Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a drive to challenge and improve processes.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and provide clear financial insights.
