Description

  • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Develop forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business unit managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company finance policies and procedures.
  • Analyse and scrutinise financial data for insights and process improvements.
  • Oversee general finance duties, including invoicing and cash collection monitoring.
  • Support new projects and contracts with financial advice and analysis.
  • Collaborate with business unit managers to develop operational plans.
  • Challenge and implement improvements to existing processes.

Profile

  • Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant.
  • Technologically savvy with advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with Workday, BI, or Adaptive Insights is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across the business.
  • Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a drive to challenge and improve processes.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and provide clear financial insights.
