• Producing monthly management accounts.
• Ensuring timely and accurate project profitability and management information reports.
• Preparing financial planning and analysis, including KPI management.
• Managing cash flow and performing reconciliations.
• Developing accounting and management information systems and reports.
• Assisting with month-end processes, including balance sheet analysis and reconciliations.
• Overseeing and managing day-to-day accounting processes and supporting team development.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• Qualified accountant (ACMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience in monthly management accounts.
• Strong experience in budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Excellent spreadsheet skills and experience with Xero preferred.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work well with senior management.
• Capable of managing workload and priorities to meet key deadlines.
• Ability to influence decision-making through clear financial presentation.
