FP&A Manager

Venture Recruitment Partners are collaborating with a recently formed, Private Equity backed Group, to recruit an FP&A Manager in a newly created position. The Group are entering a crucial period of growth, both organically and via acquisition, highlighting the need to expand their commercial finance function. The opportunity is well suited to a driven and energetic individual, who has the attributes to grow into the role.

FP&A Manager – Responsibilities

  • With support from the Group CFO, lead the development and management of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand financial needs, provide decision support, and offer insights on cost control, revenue growth, and resource allocation. Serve as a key financial partner to operational teams.
  • Produce and present month end reporting to the Private Equity Group, ensuring high quality, accurate and timely output.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance the efficiency of financial planning activities.
  • Lead on Group wide, ad hoc projects such as the centralisation and alignment of IT platforms.

FP&A Manager – Requirement

  • Full ACA qualification gained within a chartered accountancy practice is essential.
  • 2-3 years industry experience within a commercially focused role is desirable, though high-calibre and driven applicants seeking their first industry move may be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high energy are key attributes.

FP&A Manager – Benefits / Additional Information

  • Flexible / hybrid working (up to 4 days per week WFH).
  • Travel to London once per week may be required.
