This ambitious, evolving organisation, based in North Hampshire, is currently seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner (Strategic Investments) to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis. This critical role will work alongside senior leaders to shape the financial direction of the organisation’s asset management activities. You’ll play a critical role in managing financial performance for multi-million-pound disposal and retrofit programmes and influencing decisions that will shape this organisation’s future.

They key duties of this Senior Finance Business Partner (Strategic Investments) will be:

  • Provide expert financial advice to the Divisional Director and senior leadership team, influencing strategic decisions on disposals, retrofits, and investment projects.
  • Lead financial analysis and modelling for high-value projects, ensuring informed decision-making with concise risk and performance insights.
  • Deliver forward-looking financial reports for disposals and investment acquisitions and identify opportunities to drive performance and mitigate risks.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial accuracy.
  • Enhance financial models, systems, and data quality to support robust decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Fully qualified as an Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

  • Proven expertise in financial appraisal modelling and commercial finance within the Real Estate, Property or Social Housing sectors.
  • Strategic thinking skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with advanced Excel modelling skills.
