A skilled Bathroom Installer with a minimum of 3 years' experience is needed to join our team at Concept Installations (Southern) Ltd, based in Winchester on a full-time basis. For over 22 years, we have produced the best bathrooms, kitchens, and bespoke projects.

We are a team of experienced creative installers who not only work to the highest standards but also inject beauty, originality, and style into every project.

The candidate needs to be able to commute to Wincester within a 30-mile radius of our site or be willing to relocate.

This role offers a company car, paid fuel, pension and other perks and benefits. There will also be a view to increasing the starting wage over time in relation to performance and skill.

About the Role

Our work is from start to finish, so applicants should expect to be involved in all aspects of bathroom fitting, from initial rip-out to final fix. Proficiency in installation levels of carpentry and tiling would be an advantage but is not essential.

We specialise in the luxury, residential end of the market, so applicants must be of a high working standard and familiar with wet rooms, concealed cisterns, multi-outlet systems, concealed valves, and pump installations.

The hours are Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm & Fridays 8 am - 4.30 pm.

Required Skills:

We are looking for candidates with a confident attitude towards new products
A good work ethic and high presentation are essential, and a trial period will be required
Applicants must be capable of working on their own and as part of a tight knit team
Applicants are required to provide their own tools; all consumables will be provided
There will be a view to increasing the starting wage over time in relation to performance and skill

Required Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of plumbing/installation experience is mandatory for this role
After a trial period, the successful applicant with be provided with uniform and, a company van, so a full UK driving licence will be needed
