Position: Cover Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education during teacher absences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Classroom Management: Supervising whole classes, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-set work.
- Behaviour Management: Upholding the school's behaviour policies to create a positive learning environment.
- Support: Assisting students with any questions regarding the work set and providing guidance as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in supporting student learning and development.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage and interact with students.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle various subjects and year groups with confidence.
- Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
