No formal teaching qualifications needed-just the passion and knowledge to pass on your skills.

• Engage and inspire: Deliver informative and interactive lessons to students.

• Level 3 qualification in Construction, Formwork, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check-safety is a priority.
• Passion for teaching and a desire to make a real impact on students' careers.
• Strong industry experience with hands-on expertise in formwork.
• Willingness to pursue a teaching or assessing qualification within two years (support and training provided).
