A typical week:

Develop & lead strategic fundraising plans
Coach & manage the fundraising team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

You'll need the following:

Proven experience in senior fundraising
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
Demonstrated budget management experience
A proactive, positive, and adaptive leadership style
