Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm
Our client are looking for cover within their post room. This is an excellent position where you will be receiving and shipping parcels, maintaining good communication with staff, directing the parcels to their correct destinations, and scanning and forwarding letters and documents to their correct departments.
Skills required
Good written and spoken communication. (Most of the tasks are accomplished by sending emails and contacting staff)
Basic computer literacy.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook and Word are the most important).
Moving parcels by hand or pallets with a pump track
Good customer service skills.
