Relocruitment are delighted to be working alongside a well-established, customer focused removals company based in Hampshire. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, they use the latest removals equipment and techniques to provide a high-level service.

They are now seeking an experienced RemovalsSales Estimator to join their busy team based in Hampshire. With a clear path to management within three years, this role is perfect for an ambitious individual with proven success in the industry.

As a Removals Sales Estimator, you’ll be the face of the company, conducting in-home and video surveys for our clients across London, Hampshire, Surrey, and surrounding areas.

You’ll spend 3 days a week on the road, visiting clients and providing accurate, professional estimates for their upcoming moves. The other 2 days will be office-based in Hampshire, where you’ll work closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of operations.

This role is all about converting leads - there is no new business development involved, meaning you can focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional service and closing sales.

Experience in a similar role within the removals industry is essential.

Main responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home and video surveys for domestic removals.
  • Accurately assess client needs, providing tailored removal quotes.
  • Convert leads into sales with a proven conversion rate of 35% or higher.
  • Cover South London, Hampshire, Surrey, and surrounding areas.
  • Spend 3 days on the road performing surveys, and 2 days in the office.
  • Work closely with the office team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Contribute to the growth of the company and benefit from exciting career progression.

Essential Skills:

  • Removals Surveying Experience: Know the industry inside out and have experience conducting home surveys.
  • Proven Conversion Rate: A track record of converting at least 35% of your surveys into sales.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Confident, professional, and great at building rapport with clients.
  • Ambition & Drive: Motivated by success and looking to progress to management within the next 3 years.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel 3 days a week across London, Hampshire, Surrey, and nearby areas.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
