Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project safety deliverables, including HSE Plans, HSE Philosophy, and ToR for Safety workshops.
  • Participate in and manage safety workshops such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL.
  • Oversee safety action management and approvals.
  • Engage with clients and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Serve as Project Discipline Leader (PDL) for UK projects, ensuring timely delivery of safety-related project outputs.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in energy projects, including oil and gas design.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team to produce high-quality deliverables on schedule.
  • Proficiency in writing HSE plans and philosophies.
  • Experience with SIMOPS, ALARP demonstration, and working within Safety Cases.
  • Familiarity with CDM and decommissioning projects.
  • Knowledge of CCS projects and safety workshop participation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in site surveys.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience in multinational FEED projects.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to develop new skills and share knowledge.
