Secondary School Teaching Assistant (Location: Winchester Area)
We are seeking an enthusiasticTeaching Assistantto support students with special educational needs at a secondary school in Winchester. TheTeaching Assistantwill work with students in and out of lessons, providing essential support to help them progress academically and feel confident as learners.
Contract Type: Fixed Term (Various shift patterns available, term-time only)
Salary: Grade B - £22,737 FTE (£17,052 Actual) Grade C - £29,750 FTE (£22,312 Actual) available for HTLA's
The ideal candidate will be:
- Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to supporting students' needs.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Interested in making a difference in students' lives as aTeaching Assistant.
- School classroom experience would be beneficial.
- Level 2 TA award or Level 2 Safeguarding certificate desirable.
