Job SummaryA client of ours is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Support Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of their new D365 CRM system they are implementing. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the ongoing development of their CRM infrastructure to support their sales and marketing efforts.This is an awesome opportunity who for anyone that wants to join a company at the start of their Dynamics 365 CE journey to get fully imbedded into the project and grow with the team.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users across the organisation.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and performance problems.
  • Maintain and update system documentation.
System Administration:
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
  • Configure and customise the CRM system to meet specific business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
Data Management:
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain data import/export processes.
  • Perform data cleansing and migration tasks as needed.
System Upgrades and Enhancements:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Test and validate new features and functionality.
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE architecture, components, and functionalities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and data management techniques.
  • Experience working with Power Apps and Power Automate
Desired Qualifications (Optional)
  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE or related technologies.
  • Experience with CRM integration with other systems (e.g., marketing automation, ERP).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Power Bi experience
