- Provide timely and effective technical support to users across the organisation.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
- Troubleshoot system errors and performance problems.
- Maintain and update system documentation.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
- Configure and customise the CRM system to meet specific business requirements.
- Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain data import/export processes.
- Perform data cleansing and migration tasks as needed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Test and validate new features and functionality.
- Provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE architecture, components, and functionalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and data management techniques.
- Experience working with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE or related technologies.
- Experience with CRM integration with other systems (e.g., marketing automation, ERP).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Power Bi experience
- £50k salary
