We are looking for an ambitious recent college leaver with a qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing. We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Production Engineer to join our clients innovative team in Winchester.

As a Junior Production Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the creation of production, assembly, and manufacturing data. Working closely with the Technical Design Manager, you'll contribute to the development and improvement of existing products, collaborate with various teams, and manage your own projects—all while growing your engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update production assembly drawings, guides, and manufacturing specifications.
• Participate in product design reviews and feedback sessions with key suppliers.
• Collaborate with Technical, Quality Control, and Production teams.
• Generate 2D and 3D CAD models and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Manage your workload effectively to meet critical project deadlines.
• Use change management processes to update and release drawings.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, or similar).
• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Understanding of drawing systems, documentation, and software control.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Highly motivated, organised, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• A desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• HNC, HND, T Levels, A Levels, or a Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing subjects.
