If so, we are working on behalf of a highly respected industry leader, who as a result of further business growth is now seeking a number of additional Pensions Administrators with variiois levels of experience within their Hampshire office. You will join an established team where you will be responsible providing an effective and efficient 360 degree Defined Benefit pension’s administration service to a portfolio of clients.

Due to the nature of these role, it is essential that you possess prove experience in

  • Providing a full Defined Benefit (DB) pensions administration service, including ongoing scheme activities such as leavers, retirements, deaths, transfers in, transfers out, monthly processing and investment, benefit statements, renewals, and pension increases etc.
  • Possess an understanding technical scheme rules and structures
  • Experience ideally gained within a third-party pension administrator and/or in-house environment.
  • Some experience in overseeing and mentoring less experienced members of staff.
  • Strong attention to detail, coupled with a numerate and organised mind-set.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written, including liaising with clients
