Your new role
We are looking for FM technician carpenter biased to work across the office buildings on-site at Fawley.The hours will be 7.30am to 4pm - overtime and on-call rota available after qualifying period.Duties will include
- Carpentry tasks for example - door hanging/fitting, windows, kitchens.
- Perform all aspects of repair and maintenance work to high quality standards.
- Reactive Maintenance tasks
- PPM Maintenance tasks
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced handy man or carpenter who is looking for a varied maintenance technician role with a carpenter bias.
