We are a leading manufacturer of shower doors and room dividers, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Powder Coating Plant Operator to join our team at our factory in Hursley, Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the powder coating and sandblasting equipment.
- Good knowledge of pre-treatment
- Ensure all products are coated to the highest standards and meet quality specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Monitor and adjust coating parameters to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in powder coating operations is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
