Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation of planning applications and reports.
Conducting research and assessments on planning policies, local plans, and national guidelines.

Attending site visits and helping with development assessments.

What We're Looking For:

A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning or a related discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ideally, some familiarity with planning legislation and processes (however, full training and support will be provided).
