Job Title: Graduate Town Planner
Location: Winchester
Salary: 拢23,000-拢27,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are actively supporting a growing, well-established planning consultancy in Winchester who are looking for a Graduate or Assistant Town Planner to join their team. You'll work on a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, education, and development, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to all aspects of the planning process.
Responsibilities:
路Assisting with planning applications and site appraisals
路Preparing planning reports and documents
路Supporting the team on a range of projects and client consultations
路Conducting research into planning policies and regulations
Ideal Candidate:
路Degree in Town Planning (or related field)
路Some experience in planning ideal (through work or internships)
路Strong communication skills
路Proactive and eager to learn
路Ability to work well in a small team
