Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a boutique property company with the hire of a Town Planner to their team in Winchester. This is a permanent position.

Our client specialises in commercial (re)development, investment and advisory for projects across the South East and London.

In this role, you will support the existing team of 8 to deliver a range of schemes, varying in size and complexity. Recent projects have included a 60 unit affordable housing scheme in Houndslow, 36 apartments in Lambeth, an extension to a golf course to include a gym and caf and business parks in Fareham and Swindon.

In order to apply for this role candidates should have;

-Town Planning degree or similar

-MRTPI

-Experience in the planning sector (private sector ideally)

-Good communication skills

-Good project management skills

Salary / Benefits
