Job Title: Town Planner/Senior Town Planner/Principal Planner
Location: Winchester, Hampshire
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent. Option of hybrid working with a minimum of 3/4 days a week in the office.

Qualifications:
·Chartered Town Planner status (MRTPI) or working towards this is desired
·Minimum 3 years experience in town planning, demonstrating a track record of successful project management
·In-depth knowledge of planning legislation, policies, and procedures
·Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
·Ideally some experience working on larger developments, particularly those within London
