An exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a contemporary legal firm located in beautiful offices in Winchester.
My client specialises in business law working with a diverse variety of SME businesses supporting with all areas of business law including corporate, commercial, employment, IP and data protection.

You will be working alongside joint Heads of Corporate who bring extensive experience, able to mentor, train, and develop where required.
You will bring with you:
* 3 to 8 years PQE experience
* Experience supporting or leading on corporate Mergers & Acquisitions (M & A) transactions in the UK.
* Confident with drafting and reviewing Share Purchase Agreements plus all the usual ancillaries plus experience of Due Diligence and Data Rooms.
