- Drafting complex Wills and Codicils, tailored to meet individual client needs
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on and drafting Deeds of Variation to alter the terms of existing Wills
- Managing all aspects of probate applications and overseeing the administration of estates
- Handling Deputyship applications and related matters before the Court of Protection
- Providing expert advice on Inheritance Tax planning and succession strategies
- At least 3 years’ PQE in private client law
- Proven experience in handling a wide range of private client matters, including Wills, probate, and trusts
- STEP or Lifetime Lawyer accreditation (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently in a busy environment
