We are working with a well-established top-tier legal 500 law firm who are looking for a Real Estate lawyer in their Southampton office.
Your new role
Managing your own caseload, you will work with a diverse portfolio of clients on a range of high-profile development projects on a range of transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating development agreements, leases, and other related documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with recent experience within a real estate team. Strong analytical and drafting skills along with a client-focused approach with the ability to form strong relationships.
