About the Role:
A well-established regional law firm in Winchester is looking for a Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor to join their team. This role is perfect for a solicitor with experience in commercial property law, particularly in landlord and tenant (L&T) matters, leases, acquisitions, and other general property transactions. The successful candidate will bring their expertise to a supportive, growth-focused environment with a highly reputable firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a broad range of commercial property cases, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and property development
- Handling landlord and tenant issues, drafting and negotiating lease agreements
- Providing strategic guidance to clients on property investments, developments, and related matters
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property or real estate law (PQE levels considered from NQ to senior level)
- Strong grounding in landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations, and related transactions
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
