Office Support for HNW Family Winchester 25K-28K Pro Rata

Looking for a unique and rewarding role in administration? We're searching for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to support a High-Net-Worth family in Winchester. This office-based role will initially be part-time (job share), with the potential to transition into a full-time position next year.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keeping things running smoothly supporting the household administration operations, coordinating with other employees, external consultants and providers,
  • Diary Management, organising appointments and schedules for the family
  • Travel Coordination, booking trips, holidays and the planning
  • Budget tracking, helping manage finances and household expenses
  • Bill Payments, ensuring everything is handled on time

Who We're Looking For

You've got administrative experience and love staying organised.
Discretion is key - you handle confidential matters professionally.
You're an advanced user of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, and more).
Detail-oriented, You pick up on the little things.
A fast learner with a keen interest in investments (a bonus, but not required!).
You're a strong communicator who can build great working relationships.
A head for numbers, some knowledge of profit & loss is a plus.
You're independent, proactive, and eager to develop new skills.

This role is ideal for someone who wants variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow, possibly an Economics or Business graduate looking to gain real-world experience in a unique setting.
