Due to recent expansion, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join a thriving manufacturing company and assist the Head of Sales & Marketing.
Location: Winchester
This is an office based position Monday-Friday. Salary between £35,000 - £40,000 per year. Also included are 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays, company pension, PMI, and further benefits and incentives.
Please note you will need a full UK driving license for travel to ad-hoc events.
We seek a driven and pro-active Marketing Coordinator who is happy to wear several hats! You will play a key part in the strategy planning and development in line with the company brand. Your input and knowledge will be utilised for new product launches and campaign management from concept to inception.
We seek a dynamic and versatile Marketing Coordinator to plan, co-ordinate and execute exhibitions, oversee website content, advertising and editorial campaigns, actively bringing your communication and organisational skills into play!
Responsibilities include:
- Developing company marketing plans and strategy
- Marketing internally to ensure co-operation throughout the entire organization
- Synchronizing marketing campaigns with European and ROW distributors, providing full support
- Managing launch campaigns for new products
- Updating and maintaining brand image
- Market, competitor and product research
- Measuring effectiveness and response rates from campaigns
- Planning, co-ordinating, executing or overseeing the following activities within the marketing team:
- Advertising, editorial and PR campaigns, social media, direct marketing campaigns, literature, giveaways, point of sale materials, photos, videos
- Website - content, updates, SEO, e-commerce, analytics, PPC
- Exhibitions - overseeing organization of exhibitions and other events, processing of leads and tracking ROI
- Managing NetSuite CRM system, providing CRM support and training to sales, marketing and technical staff
- Budget tracking and maintenance
Essential:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Marketing or business-related degree or Advanced Certificate in Marketing.
- Competence in Adobe Creative Suite Software
- Experience with B2B in industrial market sector
- CRM experience - ideally Oracle-based
- Experience with WordPress desirable
Please note that this role cannot accommodate WHF or Hybrid options. All employees work cohesively and creatively together in the Winchester office Monday-Friday.
