Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Clients and Marketing Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, enhancing client relationships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services to clients.

• Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging content, promotional materials, and client communications.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Business Development:

  • Support the creation and presentation of proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to expand the company's reach.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with overall goals.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

RequirementsWe are looking for an ambitious and results-driven professional who possesses the following qualifications:

• We would like to hear from you if you:
  • Are CIM qualified or have a desire to work towards.
  • Have English and Maths GCSE level or equivalent
  • Have at least 5 years experience of being in a similar role
  • Ideally have experience of: Pipeline management, Business development, CRM databases,Market research.
  • Strong attention to detail, numeracy and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, oral and interpersonal
  • A creative flair
  • Outgoing and self-confident
  • Self-motivated.
