This Account Manager position is Fully Remote, offering the hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with an early finish of 5pm on a Friday! The role is paying a basic salary ofup to £40,000 and the role also comes with individual and team performance-based incentives and uncapped commission! This means that OTE for the first year can be up to £50,000 in year one!

This is a varied role, focused on the generation of new business, as well as the management of existing accounts. The role is a 360 position, involving the generation of new leads, managed all the way through to completion of sale. The role will not only focus on bringing on new business, it will involve handling incoming queries from the accounts, as well as performing 3, 6 and 9 month reviews with accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, coach the clients on how to make the most of the service and also to uphold/improve the retention. It is important for this Account Manager to take responsibility for their own schedule and workload, as well as the distribution of marketing material. It is also important to keep the CRM systems up to date and records kept accurate.

You will need:

  • A proven track record of B2B sales and account management
  • Experience with both new business and existing accounts
  • To be comfortable with working to targets and KPIs
  • Strong IT and CRM skills
  • Excellent Communication
  • Exceptional Organisational skills
