Attention all Senior Structural Engineers! Blueprint Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer for a permanent position with a multi-disciplinary consultancy. Enjoy a hybrid working arrangement with up to three days per week in the office, based in Winchester.

Our client works across various sectors, including data centres, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline are met.

-Report project finances and resource needs to senior management.

-Lead design from concept to detailed deliverables.

-Supervise and ensure QA compliance for design drawings, calculations, and reports.

-Conduct surveys, inspections, and produce technical reports for clients.

-Visit construction sites to resolve issues, track progress, and advise contractors.

Key Requirements:

-A relevant Engineering Degree.

-Chartered (or near chartered) member of IStructE or ICE, or a Graduate Member.

-Strong communication skills, especially in technical report writing.

-Experience with designing structures in concrete, steel, masonry, and timber.

-Familiarity with Finite Element Design (SCIA Engineer), 2D/3D design software (TEKLA, TEDDS, Masterseries).

-Knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit is a plus.

-Proven experience with similar projects and UK-based client-facing roles.

-Valid UK driving license.
