We are looking for registered mental health nurses to join the innovative and dynamic team of one of the NHS hospitals in the South East England.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure young people aged 12-17 with acute mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.
  • Not two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.
  • The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week (7:30am-8:00pm for days, 7:30pm-8:00am for nights).

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A relevant nursing qualification and registration (Mental Health) Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
