About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team on the acute wards at a Hampshire Hospital. This is a full-time locum position, with a minimum contract duration of three months, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care in a fast-paced acute setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to patients on acute wards.
  • Effectively manage complex patient discharges, including liaising with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
