Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer based within Otterbourne, SO21
The role is to be able to carry out both planned PPMS and reactive call outs on a wide variety of Mechanical and Electrical building services. To be able to ensure all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with all specifications and procedures, this includes Legionella control, monitoring activities and fire alarm testing.
Available shifts / Locations below:
- Monday until Friday (5 days a week) -This is a Full time position
- Postcode: SO21 2SW
- 08:00-17:00PM
- 21.01 including holiday pay, however you have the option to accrue
- Paid Weekly, Every Friday before 5 PM.
- This position is PAYE
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Must have at least 2 years previous experience with both Mechanical and Electrical services
- DBS Certificate or equivalent Required
- UK Driving Licence Required
- Knowledge of risk assessment and working safely with equipment
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Able to manage time effectively
- Ability to work both alone and in a team
- Competent Person Mechanical and Pressure System
- 18th Edition or equivalent and Basic Electrical Qualification
Duties and experience required:
- To be able to ensure that routine PPM's are carried out to all mechanical and electrical plant in accordance with Site task schedules and CAFM
- To be able to ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
- To be able to ensure that plant faults and defects are always swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order..
- To be able to ensure CAFM system, e.g. PlanOn, is kept up to date and that PPM and reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured.
- To be able to ensure all assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriated
- Experienced in Plumbing system Maintenance and fault rectification.
