Team Administrator/PTWinchester Temp Role- £12.21 PH

We are looking for an efficient and supportive Team Administrator to support a busy team in Winchester. This is a temporary position until August. This is a busy role that requires the person to work flexibly across the teams to support the evolving workloads of the business. This is a temporary role so you will need to be available immediately, and you'll be able to commit to this until the end of August.

The Role & Person

  • General administration support
  • Be able to schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft application
  • Experience within and office administration role
  • Taking enquiries and managing effectively
  • General filing & data management
  • Dealing with the public with a focus on offering an exceptional service
  • Excellent written skills demonstrating accuracy and a good use of grammar
  • Ability to form good working relations with teams
  • You'll have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise
  • Liaise with people at all levels

This is a fantastic team to work with. This is a temporary role so you will need to be available immediately and ideally start around the 14 April, and you'll be able to commit to this until the end of August. This role is working just under 30 hours a week spread over Monday to Friday.
