As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll be an integral part of the hospital team, ensuring safe and effective medication use. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting medication reviews and recommending treatment adjustmentsProviding expert prescribing advice to medical and nursing staffSupporting inpatient wards with clinical pharmacy servicesManaging medicines reconciliation and discharge processesEnsuring compliance with NHS regulations and best practicesSupervising and mentoring junior pharmacy staff
? What You Need to Apply:To be considered, you'll need:
? GPhC registration (essential)? Hospital-based clinical pharmacy experience (Band 7 or 8a)? Strong knowledge of NHS prescribing guidelines? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills? The ability to work independently and as part of a team
