Day rate: £36,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of change management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of change initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to change requests.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues in change processes.
