PROJECT MANAGER | CONSTRUCTION | WINCHESTER

A fantastic regional main contractor are seeking an experienced Project Manager for an upcoming project. The Project Manager will be leading a 10m care home in Winchester reporting to the Contracts Manager from cradle to grave.

Project Manager:

Site based in Winchester
18 month project from start to finish
Working alongside Contracts Manager, QS & Design Manager
Traditional build
Salary negotiable dependant on experience but as a guide 80-85k
Package includes car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday etc

The Project Manager will need to have:

Care home construction experience
Experience delivering 10-20m projects
Strong main contracting background
Longevity in previoius positions
